DHR (“Der Heilige Rave”) is a playful work with common cultural icons. Even nowadays, in some cultures there are still taboo topics for humour or art. Artworks are being banned and put aside just because they can hurt the sensibility of a part of the society. Playing with these boundaries is for the artist an interesting research on art expression. And what about if some paintings are just bored of being hung on the wall?
