“I am a pleasure worker”, starts telling the spoon its life story. “Cut. Stab. Scratch”, continues the knife, and “I was considered as an eccentric, a ‘multi-pointed’.”, follows at the end the fork. In this installation, we can feel the intimacy of the confessions of daily utensils, where they express their sadness and worst fears of their lives. Here the utensils are humanized through the stories they tell and ironically dehumanized through the voice that represents them. This voice that is given to them, is a robotic text-to-speech one made by the artist. With the whole combination of the installation, the person who experiences it, cannot avoid to draw a smile or have a laugh with it, even if the confessions are tormented ones.
